SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At IKAY we endeavour to get your order to you in the time frame stated below. However, sometimes things happen outside of our control. Please be rest assured if a product is late or lost that ikay will help you to the best of our ability but please be aware that once orders leave our warehouse, it is out of our hands and in the hands of the postal and courier services.

 

Important:

If you ship your parcel to a business address, IKAY cannot be held responsible if it is signed for by a person in your place of works and you do not receive your order.

If you opt for your driver to leave your parcel in a place of your choosing, for example, behind the bin, just inside back gate etc, and your parcel goes missing, Ikay cannot be held responsible for this missing order.

Also if you opt for non tracked, as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse we have no control and cannot track, so if your package is lost, although we will endeavour to help, it is not our responsibility, so if you order non tracked you do so at your own risk.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

In the unlikely event that something is not quite right with your new pair of gloves, you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for a full refund. 

All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund:

  • Shipping costs
  • Contact latex gloves with our protective palm plastic removed
  • Products returned after 14 days since purchase
  • Gloves with wear or deterioration
  • Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by not preparing and caring for them are in line with the glove care instructions on the packaging

 

Personalisation: Even though we will endeavour to try our best, orders with personalisation cannot be guaranteed next day delivery and will take an additional 2-3 days above the selected shipping method.
